Time for Change – Feminist Climate Ambassadors Online Training

The Green European Foundation and Educational Centre Visio launch the very first Feminist Climate Ambassadors Training, which is part of the Feminists in Climate Movement project.

The aim is to build bridges across Europe for feminist climate change advocates and activists. 9-week training will equip participants with the tools needed to get their message through in their own region and media. This will support sustainable and feminist community-level impact across the region. In addition, the training provides space for more political level conversation on the intersections of gender and climate change.

Because of the COVID19 situation this training will be hold online. Virtual collaboration space gathers together 29 amazing participants from 18 different countries, facilitators from Educational Centre Visio and guest speakers. This space opens today, on Mon 16th of November 2020, and the very first webinar is hold on Sat 21st of November 2020. Second webinar will be held 12th of December. The collaboration space itself encourages participants to share their knowledge, experiences, challenges and initiatives with others: it is created on a platform called Howspace – a Finnish innovation – supporting dialogue, parallel learning and team work.
